Mariana Llanos is Hispanic Arts Council of Oklahoma's Best Artist of the Year!
In a meaningful ceremony the Hispanic Arts Council of Oklahoma (HACO) awarded seven Hispanic artists with the Most Outstanding Award in their category. Mariana Llanos won the overall Award, the 2017 Shannon Calderon Primeau Best Artist of the Year. Llanos had previously won the 2014 Most Outstanding Literature Artist.
